Our home made fresh tagliatelle with our Roman Classic Carbonara  - Guanciale, pecorino, eggs, pepper


  • 1. Pour your Carbonara sauce into a sauce pan (off heat). 2. following the cooking instructions shown on our pasta (5 minutes), drain the pasta and put into the sauce pan with carbonara sauce. 3. On a low heat stir the pasta and the carbonara sauce in the sauce pan together for a minute. Serve
