This is an easy win for a comfort food night. 


  1. Preheat the oven at 180*, cut in half your focaccia slice and toast it for 4 minutes. 

  2. Place 100gr of your sliced porchetta in a tray and warm it up in the oven.

  3. Begin building your panino with the sun-dried tomato sauce spread on the bread 

  4. Add porchetta and some rocket or baby spinach.
