PASTA “AL POMODORO” - Tomato pasta
The all time Italian classic.
Cook n the while warm up in a large sauce pan 300gr of our home made tomato sauce.
When the pasta is ready, drain it and toss it in the pan with the tomato sauce,add if you like it 4 or 5 basil leaves and cook it together on medium heat for a couple of minutes stirring it constantly.
Take out of the heat add some parmesan or pecorino if you like stronger flavours and have fun with the most iconic italian dish.
